We give you a few days to review and accept the contract and return it to back to us.

CLOSE AND GET YOUR CASH

Once we receive the signed Purchase Contract back from you, we make arrangements to get interior and exterior photos of the property and set up viewing times for our partners. On closing day, all you have to do is to go to the closing Attorney's office and sign transfer papers. If you live out of town, the Attorney will overnight all closing documents to you for signatures. You receive your funds in bank check, money wire, or certified funds. We exchange the payment for the property keys then the deal is done.
